Despite the fact that much of our Heritage traction is fast disappearing from the scene there were a few notable workings during the summer of 1999.

37704, 37350 & 37412

Here a colourful procession that is highly unlikely to be repeated passes through CoedKernew, three good engines, three fine liveries. 37412, 37350 and 37704 team up to replace the more usual class 60 on the scrap train to Allied Steel & Wire during July 1999. The ensemble passes CoedKernew on a glorious sunny evening as the shadows begin to lengthen.
